Tyneside's course, designed by that most famous of golf course architects Harry Colt, is not only the oldest course in the area but is recognised as one of the most picturesque in the North-East and is an excellent test of golf for the accomplished player without being intimidating for those less proficient. Measuring 6033 yards from the men's medal tees the course offers considerable variety and is renowned for its excellent greens. Well worth a visit, visitors are wlecome.
