Roda Golf & Beach Resort is a large residential and golf holidays complex (with an 18 hole golf course) located just inland from the Mar Menor at San Javier, Murcia.
 
The land forming the Roda Golf Resort was previously a flat landscape but the ‘fill’ available from the residential development plus earth specifically brought to the site allowed the development area to be transformed into an undulating and interesting terrain.
 
The centrepiece of the resort is the lovely Par 72, 18 hole golf course which was designed by the Dave Thomas Design Team. The clever design incorporates 3 large lakes, numerous strategically placed bunkers plus a massive amount landscaping and tree planting to create a course which is visually interesting and, with multiple tee positions, capable of providing a challenge to golfers of all ability.
