Summary:

El Plantío, designed by Manuel Ferri Sanchez, originally opened as a 9 hole course in 1993 but was extended to a full 18 hole design in 2000.
The course design included the integration of 3 lakes and planting of 33,000 trees which are now maturing nicely to give a course which is varied, interesting and always well maintained. The absence of building construction also adds to the feeling of a very peaceful course.
In addition to teh Championship length, testing 18 hole course El Plantio also offers a 9 hole Par 3 course to hone your short game.
