Summary:

Set in a private estate of the same name, Quinta da Marinha Golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is laid out on a magnificent flat to undulating site slightly inland from the Atlantic Ocean north of Lisbon.

The course is 6,100 metre, 18 hole championship layout which is punctuated by pine trees and lakes. Trent Jones made the most of the natural beauty of the setting and added water hazards and numerous bunkers to create a course which is pretty but offers challenge on every hole.

And if your golf is not on form, the course offers great views to Atlantic Ocean and the Sintra Mountains.

The area, Lisbon Golf Coast, won the IAGTO Award in 2007 - Best Established Golfing Destination Europe.
