Parque da Floresta Golf Resort is a relatively new holiday resort development set in the Western Algarve approximately 15 kilometres West of Lagos on largely unspoilt land bordering the Costa Vicentin Nature Reserve .
 
The resort itself has been built to a high standard with numerous luxury golf villas scattered across the hilly terrain and down to the coast. Although the golf course is set at the heart of the resort Parque da Floresta also offers the range of other leisure activities which you would expect from such a high quality holiday resort.
 
The golf course, designed by the famous Spanish architect Pepe Gancedo (designer of the fantastic Torrequebrada golf course), is laid out very hilly and visually stunning terrain. Rolling with the natural terrain it climbs up steep hills and down valleys and runs alongside eucalyptus covered ravines. The result is a hilly course with some sharply sloping fairways, many elevated greens, visually stunning with no two holes remotely similar.

The course is always well maintained and will prove a great challenge to even the most accomplished golfer
