Quinta do Lago South, Algarve, Portugal

Quinta do Lago South is the sister course to Quinta do Lago North (both are on the Quinta do Lago Estate).

Laid out on undulating sandy land closer to the sea than it's northern sister, his course favours the long hitter, but requires the skill to score well. As a consequence the course is often used to host the Portuguese Open.

Although the front and back nines are both anti-clockwise loops, the first nine favours a draw, while the second favours a fade from the tee.

Always superbly maintained the course will prove an enjoyable experience for players of all standards.
