The course was built on land provided by four Liphook landowners in 1922 and has matured into one of the finest heathland courses in southern England. The course offers classic holes aplenty. The excellent par 4 2nd and 4th are joined by the very attractive 12th and 13th holes crossed by a stream, whilst the undulating approach to the 9th makes it yet another excelletn hole. The quality of the course is matched by the quality of the clubhouse facilitites. Visitors and Society groups are always welcome. Contact club to make arrangements.

Large Clubhouse with Bars, Terrace, Full Catering and Changing Rooms with Showers. Professional Shop with Equipment Hire. Golf Practice Facilities with Driving Range, Chipping & Putting Greens.

Liphook GC was founded in 1922. The course is classic heathland spanning the Hampshire/West Sussex county boundaries. It is relatively short by modern standards, however, plentiful heather claims wayward driving and beautifully presented bunkers guard undulating, fast greens. I paid £28 to play at 4.00 which is excellent value. I did not use the Clubhouse or Practice Areas.
