Golf de Moliets, Landes, France

Moliets Golf Resort was designed by Robert Trent Jones in the 1980s and is considered to be one of the best golf courses in France and indeed  Europe.
The main 18 hole golf course cuts through a beautiful pine forest which opens up onto four links style holes running literally along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean before moving back inland away from the coast for the closing holes.
This is a fantastic course offering everything you could possible wish for with beauty, challenge and breathtaking surrounding scenery. The only criticism would be some of the walks gree to tee are a little long, but that was to ensure that Mr Trent Jones could make best use of the land and scenery to create such a wonderful course.
