Filey Golf Club was established in 1897. The original course was situated on land to the north of this fine old East Yorkshire fishing town. The course moved to its present site on the south side of town two years later.
The course, whilst being of parkland in nature, is close enough to the sea for the wind to be a frequent factor in need of consideration.
The sandy sub-soil gives good all-year playing conditions.
The Restaurant offers a wide range of choices starting with early morning breakfasts through to early evening where you can choose a light snack or bar meal.
The Lounge Bar offers a comprehensive range of popular beers, wines and spirits to suit all tastes, the ideal place to relax in comfort and discuss the round!.

Catering; Bar; Professional shop; Buggy & trolley hire; Golf practice facilities including 9 hole 'Academy' course.
