The house has a large, comfortable sitting room with fabulous sea views, separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There are 12 spacious bedrooms which sleep a total of 22 guests with shower facilities in many rooms, 3 en-suites, bathroom and 3 further WC's. There is parking for 6 cars on the forecourt and all amenities are within a short walk.
Ilfracombe is a jewel of a town with a Georgian quarter and picturesque harbour.
The golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are a short drive away as is the superb golf course at Saunton. Ilfracombe golf course is only two miles away and both locations are absolutely stunning.

Turn right at bottom and The Strand is found on your right, opposite the Landmark Theatre with its famous 'yoghurt pot' towers
