Perry Corner Farm is a two/three storey,detached house comprising the original three storey structure (at the front), along with a two-storey extension (at the rear) and a single-storey extension (to the right side). There are two rooms in the attic formed within the roof structure. The house is approached by a semi-circular drive.
The original farmhouse was constructed around 1820 (Regency period) and is in good decorative order throughout. It is fully carpeted (kitchen has tiled floor). Oil central heating. Hard-wired fire alarm system with sensors on each floor.
Self-contained private garden including small raised pond, patio with table and six chairs. Barbecue.
Two acres of parkland for exclusive use of guests including oak, ash, chestnut, apple, plum, cherry.
Adjacent field (four acres) to grass suitable for helicopter (subject to pilot survey).
