Beautiful courtyard villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a tropical garden and a private 15 metre swimming pool.

Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma TV with integrated sound system, a bar and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional washroom in the main building. Managed services are offered to guests such as maid services, cooking, in house massage, laundry as well as car hire.

The management office is located next to the villa and the helpful staff are available to handle any enquiries that you may have. Security guards are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure piece of mind.

The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain (voted as one of the top 3 new courses in Asia in 2007) and Loch Palm golf courses.

Location & Getting There

Location Map

Turn right at the main exit of the airport and drive straight ahead for about 2 minutes. You will face small intersection leading up a hill, turn left here, this will take you to the main road. (about 3 minutes). At the next intersection at the main road, take a right. You will now you be on Thepkasatri Road (Road # 402) (the main road that you will do the bulk of the journey on).

Drive straight ahead with this road for approximately 15 minutes, you will see the Heroines Monument Circle in front of you (picture below), just keep going straight on. Drive until you see the next main intersection ahead. At this point, you will see a Toyota Service Center just adjacent on the further right hand side, please take a right here. Drive for roughly 3 minutes until you come to the first large intersection, there is a huge Tesco Lotus Supermarket on your further left hand side as a landmarkcv(there are very large signs), please take a right here.

Keep on going, you will see a small intersection, keep going until you reach the second and turn right here, (with a Caltex Gas station ahead of you on the further left hand side), drive along past the local Thai outdoor market and Seven Eleven on your left for maybe 2-3 minutes and you will see Loch Palm as you approach on your left hand side. Turn in left here (just past the large yellow cut out 'Loch Palm Golf Course' sign, at this point, please refer to the attached hand drawn map, you will be coming from the left hand side of the map, heading towards Kathu village. Basically you pass the security guard house and drive for about 50 metres before taking the first possible left turn into the villas.

There is a covered parking space infront of the entrance to the villa so by all means claim this for your vehicle! Please check in to the management office upon arrival and they will hand you the keys for the villa and take you to the property (next door).

The villa has a lot of character and is kept to a very high standard. The villa has an amazing holiday feel with a large pool being in the centre of the 3 buildings. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. 6 of us spent a week in the villa which is located on 2 beautiful golf courses. The location is perfect with the owner's driver there in a flash when you want to reach the nearby beaches or town. I would recommend this villa to anybody looking to spend a great holiday in Phuket.

WOW! We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 9) and this was out first trip to Phuket. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for- away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and in a quiet but accessible setting. The Villa is huge and very private. The private pool was fantastic. The management office next door were always there to help. The Villa feels very safe as there is 24 hour security. The golf at Loch Palm and Red Mountain is excellent and a short walk. Herriot, the owner was lovely to deal with and very easy to contact. I would highly recommend this Villa. It was fantastic value and very spacious, much better than a hotel room.

Our stay was for 15 nights. The location of Jah Villa is superb, beautiful, lush mountain scenery, peaceful location. August is a good month to visit, don't be put off about it being the rainy season, there is plenty of sunshine inbetween the rain storms, we loved the smell of tropical rain! especially coming from the dessert ! We visited Phuket for the first time and were not disappointed with our choice of accomodation. Jah Villa is a "gem" away from the bustle of the seaside resorts. A car is essential. We love playing golf, so Loch Palm and Red Mountain were right on our doorstep. Both great courses to play. Security at the estate is good, we always felt safe.Our children are aged 16yrs and 11yrs and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The villa was very well maintained, the swimming pool and garden keeped to a high standard. We would 100% holiday in the villa again. The owner Herriot was very pleasant and replied promptly to all our emails. The management office were, helpful and organised our rental car and all our golf!! We would highly recommend this villa. Enjoy!!

My husband, sister, and brother in law all stayed at this luxury villa in January 2009. The villa is located in the Loch Palm Golf area, very close to beaches, shopping, and nightlife. The villa was more than I imagined, it is well maintained, lush garden, sparkling private pool and Thai decor. My family and I had the best time, it is very private and quiet. The master suite is incredible with a giant closet and huge bathtub, the bed is very comfortable and anything you need is taken care of. We have been to Phuket two times before and this was by far our best time so far. Herriot (the owner) arranged a driver for us who was absolutely fantastic, he even waited on us during our day and was very knowledgeable about Phuket. We had a long list of recommendations from Herriot that were spot on including a private chartered speed boat to an small island that was absolute paradise. We got to experience a different side of Phuket that were not as touristy and busy, but relaxing and beautiful. It was an amazing trip and a stunning villa that I would recommend 100% to anyone.

We used this villa for our family trip and found it to be perfect for our needs. Located halfway between the popular tourist spot of Patong and the townsite of Phuket it provided an ideal site out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas and is only a short ride by tuk-tuk to either site. The villa itself was clean and very well maintained and has all the necessities you could require. The kitchen is fully equiped and the living room has all the latest in entertainment technology. The rooms themselves are tastefully appointed and the bathrooms are large and well looked after. The private pool was fabulous for that late afternoon dip, or just to sit by whilst having breakfast. This villa would be well suited to families or small groups that want to stay out of the turmoil of the main tourist areas. You could easily stay here and not leave the villa if you were so inclined. The villa is a little piece of luxury and I can't recommend it highly enough.
