This lovely, spacious villa is situated in a beautiful peaceful valley, half way between the village of Benahavis (culinary centre of the Costa del Sol) and the Mediterranean Sea, beside both Atalaya and El Paraiso golf courses. Also half way between Puerto Banus and Estepona port, it is the ideal location for your Spanish golfing holiday. In a quiet cul-de-sac with only 10 other villas, peace and tranquility are guaranteed, yet you are only minutes from all the activities, restaurants, and bars that the coast has to offer. Built in 2000, the villa offers all modern facilities, yet maintains an Andalucian charm with its vine-covered courtyard. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, and french doors leading onto either a terrace or a courtyard. There is an option to rent the villa entirely, or to rent 4 double/twin bedrooms, and have a resident chef and housekeeper. The owners are semi-retired hoteliers who can also offer a discreet housekeeping and cooking service for guests if required.
