The rental rates quoted are applicable for short stay holidays up to 3 weeks. However, long term rentals are available and special discounted rates will apply - please contact us for a quotation.

Terms: A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday, together with a holding (returnable) deposit of £150 per booking against breakages/losses.
Changeover day is flexible. Check-in: normally 3pm. Check-out: usually 10am, but where possible we are flexible.
