Our exclusive two bedroom two bathroom apartment is favourably positioned within the prestigious Casares Golf & Country Club with it's own nine hole golf course.
Boasting an outstanding internal layout, this first floor apartment includes high quality specifications throughout with hot and cold air conditioning and underground car parking.
Our luxury apartment is beautifully presented and includes two large double bedrooms of which the master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate hydro shower, bidet and twin wash basins. The fully fitted Siemens kitchen incorporates an oven, hob & extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine and laundry area.
All rooms including the kitchen, both bedrooms and both bathrooms are equiped with an individually operated surround sound system linked to the main living room area, so you can enjoy your music wherever you are in the apartment.
The lounge and both bedrooms lead on to the large south west facing terrace all benefiting from panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean and overlooking the golf course and one of the many swimming pools. Our apartment is decorated to a very high standard with quality furnishings throughout and also benefits from TV & DVD and has secure underground parking accessible by lift to ensure that your car stays cool during it's stay!

Our apartment is located just a few minutes drive from the picturesque marina of La Duquesa and the beautiful white Andalucian mountain village of Casares.
The coastal motorway gives rapid access to both Marbella and Malaga in the east and Gibraltar in the west. Our apartment is easily reached by motorway from either Malaga airport (50 minutes) or Gibraltar airport (25 minutes).
Our apartment is just a few minutes drive away from the blue flag beach with a first class chiringuito (beach bar) which is open all year round.

Local Area Information
Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 20-25 minute drive away and have been homes to the rich and famous for many years now. You’ll see just how rich some of the residents are in the marina’s of Marbella and Puerto Banus where their huge yachts are moored and the expensive sports cars parked adjacent to the numerous restaurants. Puerto Banus becomes a lively cosmopolitan port in the evening with it’s legendary nightlife including many bars and a few nightclubs to suit all tastes.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are a shoppers haven for famous fashion houses, vibrant shops and boutiques. Puerto Banus is also host to a traditional market in the central plaza where there are stalls selling merchandise ranging from clothes, local artefacts and dried fruits.
Estepona is a large coastal town well known for having kept its Spanish charm and character, yet also has an abundance of bars, restaurants, and shops.
La Rada beach, the town’s most popular beach which is 2.6km long and has an attractive promenade alongside. Located throughout are Chiringuitos (beach bars), which serve traditional tapas, or a choice of cosmopolitan style dishes. Located at the west end of La Rada beach is the marina. In the evening there are the various discos and bars.
Mijas is a beautiful village set within the hills to the west of Fuengirola. This village has bundles of character and charm. There are a number of shops in the centre of the village selling traditional spanish craft. There are also a number of restaurants in the area, some of which have magnificent views of the Mediterranean. This really is a beautiful village which must not be missed.
Ronda is a 50km drive up in to the mountains from the San Pedro coastline. This drive in to the mountains is not for the faint hearted!! In the unlikely event of there being low cloud during your journey, you may even experience driving through the clouds themselves! The town of Ronda is home to a gorge which has some rather impressive features.
Gibraltar dominates the entrance to the Mediterranean between the southern tip of Spain and the continent of Africa. Both famous and enigmatic, Gibraltar contains some of the most extensive military fortifications in Europe, spanning over 1200 years of Moorish, Spanish and British history. You can enjoy some of the finest caves in Europe as well as the famous semi-wild barbary apes. Many more attractions and activities make Gibraltar unique in terms of history, geography, geology, flora and fauna and, of course, not forgetting the duty free shopping .
