Both the apartment and complex is wheelchair friendly. The apartment can be reached from the underground parking via the elevator, the apartment door has flush thresholds. The complex benefits from permanent ramped access into the apartment block and right down to the poolside. The beach at La Cala de Mijas has full wheelchair facilities including extensive beachside disabled parking, disabled showers & toilets plus decked wheelchair access right to the water's edge.

La Cala de Mijas
This once, small, fishing village has developed into a hive of tourism in recent years, but it has still managed to retain something of its Andalucian village-by-the-sea atmosphere. The long beaches are well cared for and clean, with soft golden sand and breath-taking views. Some wonderful restaurants and fine dining can be found around town or overlooking the sea.Saturday nights in the hot summer months of July and August are magical in La Cala. The promenade becomes a festival of classical music and Flamenco dancing. With the outline of the old 16th Century watchtower of Torre Vieja as a backdrop and moon reflecting down on the expanse of sea, the village celebrates a season of Noches de Luna y Playa (Nights of Moon and Beach).Various outdoor activities are within a short drive of La Cala. There are several locations in the La Cala hills to enjoy pony-trekking, with professional guides offering riding lessons for the less experienced rider. Or maybe you would prefer to watch the horse races at the fantastic Hipodromo del Sol, located in the hills above La Cala, offering night-time racing during the summer.

Please note the price above is for up to and including 4 guests, for parties of 5 and above there is an additional weekly charge of £25 off-peak / £35 on-peak per guest for extra cleaning & laundry costs. There is also a small charge for 'meet & greet' services from our keyholder. This will be confirmed when you make your booking.
Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Please bring your own towels for use by the poolside. Welcome pack can be provided upon request. English-speaking representative available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of queries or emergencies.
Baby cot and high chair can be hired for your stay. Prices on request.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal account.
Bookings dates will be held for 72 hours to enable flights and car hire to be booked.
Deposit 25% of total balance.
Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
£150 refundable security deposit to be held until safe return of apartment.
If holiday is less than 8 weeks away at time of booking then full payment is required upon confirmation including the £150 security deposit.
Smoking is permitted only on the sun terrace. Apartment available for both holiday and long-term lets. For long-term prices please contact owners.
