This is a modern property in a rural setting with 3 double bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. It is situated in the Montgo National Park near Denia, Alicante and is available for self catering rental all year round. It is perfectly situated for the La Sella Golf complex at The Marriott Golf and Spa Resort and is less than 15 minutes from the nearest beach.
The golf course was designed in 1991 by the double U.S. Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend, José María Olazábal and is known internationally for its excellent conditions for playing golf throughout the year. Its 6,289 metres course has been played by the top names in European golf.
The property is secluded and quiet with a small plunge pool and ample parking for up to 5 cars. It is ideal for short (4 day) rental periods

The house is equi-distant from both Valencia and Alicante airports. Easy jet provide generally the cheapest fares all year round. Car hire is the most convenient way to get there and Centauro are the best car hire company and have bases at both airports and in Denia. Denia port is the ferry terminal for Ibiza. If coming by train from Alicante, alight at La Xara station (10 minutes walk). A meet-and-greet servkice can be arranged on request.
Local Area Information
The beach at Las Marinas is less than 15 minutes away and Denai and Xabia both have great night life. There are lots of local restaurants in the area. There is also tennis and horse riding at the La Sella urbanization less than 10 minutes walk away. Hill walking is delightful and within easy reach.
