Casa Suenos provides a very comfortable home from home feeling. It is located in a very peaceful area of the Mar Menor Golf Resort overlooking a beautiful fountain area to the front with a South West facing rear garden for sunbathing and barbecues yet it is within easy reach of the resort centre.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a gated resort giving guests additional privacy and security for it is accessed only by the residents, villa and hotel guests and resort workers. This is great for those looking for a quiet holiday but with many facilities right on the doorstep. This resort has everything needed for the perfect holiday such as bars and restaurants, a bank, supermarket and gym. Guests too can also book for golf on the resort or play on one of the many courses in the area. Mar Menor Golf Resort is a pleasure to walk around and offers a well maintained and settled location.
The resort is complete providing all the necessary amenities within its complex. We are located just a 10 minute drive from Murcia San Javier airport and approx 50 minutes from Alicanti. Take motorway AP7 and Junction 790 and follows signs for Torre Pacheco.

An 86€ cleaning and laundry fee is payable locally on arrival.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £200.00 security deposit which is payable with your final payment and refunded into your bank within 7 days of departure from the villa.
All linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental fee.
There is a travel cot and high chair available FOC if required.
