The property is within a gated community with CCTV and 24 hour patrolled security. The Apartment is built to a high standard with marble floors throughout and also has its own secure underground car parking accessible by remote control gates. Roda Golf Course is designed by Dave Thomas with Sam Torrance as the club captain and is easily accessible. The resort has its own Beach club near La Manga and is accessible via coach and ferry across the Mar Menor and is arranged by Roda Golf Resort.

Located in one of the sunniest areas of Spain, the Apartment is ideally located for both golfers and families, just a 5 minute drive away from the blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, the largest natural seawater lagoon in Europe.
The nearest town of Los Alcazares is a long established Spanish family holiday area with extensive beaches, a 15km promenade and beach-side bars and restaurants is a 2 minute drive away.
In the nearby areas you will find horse riding, historic sites, nature reserves and the famous mud baths at Lo Pagan.
For shopping and fashion there are two Centro Commercials close to Murcia, easily accessible via the motorway and within a 45 minute drive to the newly opened Terra Natura at Murcia full of fun for the family.
