Description
South-facing two bedroom/two bathroom villa in its own gated gounds (being a double sized corner plot) with large private pool in the golfing resort of Vistabella Golf.
The villa has been furnished to a high standard in neutral colours with furniture shipped from the UK. The living room has cream leather sofas with a large TV and DVD player. The dining room has a wooden table seating 6. The kitchen has marble work surfaces, integrated oven/hob/dishwasher and all the pans and crockery required for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a double bed with patio doors out to the pool, fitted wardrobes and a marble en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and is adjacent to the marble family bathroom.
The grounds contain a large pool and outside shower, adjacent to the south-facing patio with outside table for al fresco entertaining. There is a large gas barbeque.
The villa has a large roof-top solarium which covers the entire roof, with rattan sofas in the shade offered by the solarium, and sun beds in the sun.
The grounds of the Villa include parking for one car, and has an entry phone security mechanism.
The resort also has a large communal pool 30 seconds walk away from the villa. There are shops, restaurants and bars within the resort.
The resort is home to Vistabella Golf - www.vistabellagolf.com - which is a course designed by Mauel Pinero, and is a short walk away.
The villa is a 40 minute drive from both Alicante and Murcia Airports.

Take the A7 from Alicante south, and connect to the AP7 motorway. Come off at junction 751 signed posted for Los Montesinos. Take a right at the roundabout, towards Orihuela. After 3 kilometres Vistabella Golf and Laguna Green are on your right hand side, amongst the orange groves.
Local Area Information
There are 2 very nice small towns within a 5 minute drive, San Miguel De Salinas and Los Montesinos. Both have many shops, bars, supermarkets, banks and restaurants that cater for all types of cuisine from traditional Spanish to Chinese.
There are beautiful beaches at Guadamar, which is a 15 minute drive away. The ancient city of Orihuela is also 15 minutes drive away.
The three world class golf courses of La Manga Club are a 30 minute drive away.

You will be met on arrival at the Villa and shown around the property.
A condition of the rental is that a refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is to be paid to the owner's representative at the time of the handover, which will be refunded on exit when all keys are returned and in the event of no damage.
£100 deposit required at the time of booking to secure your booking. Balance plus £50 (for a full clean of property at the end of your stay) to be paid one month before arrival.
Changeover days are generally Saturdays, but we can change that on request.
Use of air-conditioning, electricity and water are included in the price.
