This property is a 2 bedroom, air conditioned, terraced townhouse located at Residencial La Cinuelica, R14 Los Altos.
There is a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom, roof solarium.
There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property with table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.
Property is air-conditioned throughout.
The living/dining room has a corner sofa bed, sideboard, wooden coffee table, freestanding lamp, stereo (please bring your own CD's), flat screen television with English TV stations, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.
The English channels provided are from a communal satellite dish.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.
There is a downstairs toilet with sink and mirror.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, 2 bedside lamps, mirror, alarm clock. There is a great view to the pool from the bedroom window.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, a bedside lamp. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.
Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium with 2 sunloungers.
There are 6 patio chairs, a patio table, 2 sunloungers, parasol and base, cool box, hairdryer, safe, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, torch, pack of playing cards, dominoes.
The property has the use of a communal pool which is located to the rear of the property along with the garden area.
Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, coffeshop and a Subway.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish and both highly recommended.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

A grocery pack can be provided for your arrival, details of items and prices on the booking form.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
