This spacious 3 bedroom house complete with private shared pool, garden and roof top sun terrace is located at the magnificent championship La Finca Golf Course on the southern tip of Spain's Costa Blanca. It is a superb location to suit all tastes and will provide a perfect base for all holidaymakers. The house is furnished to a high standard and comes complete with all modern amenities. The lounge consists of a 3 seater sofa and armchair, an open fire place, a large dining table to seat 6, TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to a front downstairs balcony with table and chairs; perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing in privacy. The very private roof top solarium has access from the main stairs and also from the master bedroom. It has stunning views across La Finca Golf Course, club house and mountains. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard day's sunbathing! There is off road parking immediately in front of the property for all clients, with remote controlled security gates.

The resort is only 2kms from the AP-7 motorway junction 734 creating very easy access from either Alicante or Murcia airports. The AP-7 motorway provides very easy access to an abundance of resorts up and down the Costa Blanca region.
Local Area Information
La Finca Golf Course is a par 72 championship golf course, surrounded by lemon and orange groves, wildlife, mountains and pure natural beauty. There is an excellent clubhouse and restaurant with a large outside terrace overlooking the 1st tee. Other local courses within a 20 minute drive are Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar and La Marquesa.
The new commercial centre at the entrance to La Finca comprises of shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The house is very close to a number of typically spanish local villages including Algorfa, Los Montesinos and Quesada which have a number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within a 10 minute drive. The larger town of Torrevieja is only a 20 minute drive away and has something for everyone including shopping, street markets, a marina and funfair.
The nearest beach is Guardarmar just 7kms away. It features 11kms of wide open beach and sand dunes. La Zenia beach is also a short distance by car. This is a beautiful golden sandy beach with volleyball nets, childrens play area, climbing frames, beach bars, restaurants, sunbed and parasol hire and a large range of watersports. Other beaches close by are Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Mata.
Other attractions in the area are 2 waterparks (open in summer months only), local markets, theme parks and fun fairs, horseriding and nightlife.
