Riomar 10 is a three bedroom and two bathroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6. It boasts a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with laundry room. It also has a south facing balcony with pool view, fitted with sun blinds to provide shade and privacy for al fresco dining. Each bedroom has floor standing fans and there is plenty of storage space in the fitted wardrobes. There are air conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom.

The main bathroom has a double vanity unit, and with a separate shower room there is no pressure on space.

Living Area
This bright airy room has satellite TV with British stations including BBC, ITV, Sky1, Channel 4, as well as radio stations. There is also a dvd player, radio, cd player and ipod docking station.

Balcony
Start your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony with its pool view, have lunch in the shade thanks to the sunblinds and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you take in the sunset!

Dining Area
The dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals. There is also a breakfast bar, which is perfect for those quick snacks.

Kitchen
Because this is our home away from home, the kitchen is well equiped for cooking family meals. The kitchen inventory includes - a fridge freezer, halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, storage containers and much more.

Laundry
The apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. The balcony can be used to dry your clothes and towels in the sunshine.

The beautiful Blue Flag beach of Mil Palmeras is just 250m away. Shops, bars, restaurants are within walking distance.

Riomar is located just 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, internet café and the popular Mil Palmeras strip with a variety of restaurants and bars. Eating out in Spain is still relatively inexpensive. A typical Menu del Dia offers a starter, main course and a drink for €10.

Pueblo Latino plaza is within comfortable walking distance. With its range of restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours, you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by. The small, traditionally Spanish village of Torre de la Horadada is also within walking distance. With its beaches, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours overlooking the harbour, it is no surprise that it is popular with locals as well as Spanish and non-Spanish holidaymakers. Lillies restaurant is always popular and is one we would particularly recommend.

The fishing villages of San Pedro and Pilar de la Horadada are nearby. Pilar de la Horadada has an English cinema and indoor pool- useful for the winter lettings!Just a short drive south of Riomar is the Mar Menor where the sea is shallow and 5 degrees warmer than the Med. The mud is believed by many to contain natural healing properties, particularly for skin complaints. Many visitors and locals can be found having a mudbath to treat their ailments.

There are many sports facilities available in the area. Within a 15 minute drive you have 4 Golf courses: Villamartin, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas, which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor, which is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. The newest course, Lo Romero, is in Pilar de la Horadada.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

Tony's soccer school has a camp which takes place locally each week throughout the summer for children aged 7 to 15.
Early morning yoga and aerobics are available on the beach during July and August - a perfect way to start your day!

Nearby Torrevieja has lots of shops and a new shopping centre, as well as a great waterpark! Rio Safari in Elche is a great family day out.
