Description
Luxury three bedroom link villa in the prestigious residential development of Oasis Parque, close to Alvor and Portimao. 2km to Penina and 5km to Alto golf courses. Facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, poolside cafe, large heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, todlers' pool and play area.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The downstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom provides access for guests with reduced mobility. There is off-street parking and a TV and DVD player for the use of the guests. Satellite TV with most UK channels. Hair dryer provided. A Baby cot & high chair is available for hire if required. Guests are requested not to smoke inside the villa and no pets are allowed.
Bath towels and bed linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Maid cleaning service and linen change once per week.

From the Faro Airport, take the A22 towards Portimao. Exit at junction 4 signposted Alvor. At the first roundabout, go straight across to the second exit, signposted Alvor. At the second roundabout take the first exit, also signposted Alvor. Take the next left turn, signposted Portimao. Travel 1km up this hill, after crossing a small railway bridge, turn left and continue straight for about 200m, where you will see Oasis Parque Country Club on your right.

This is a quiet, exclusive, residential area, with excellent facilities and great local restaurants nearby. The development is constantly maintained to a very high standard throughout the year, with beautiful gardens containing bougainvilleas and palm trees. The beautiful beaches of Alvor and Praia da Rocha are within 5km. There is a large retail park with supermarket within 1km. Horse riding nearby at Penina and Vale deFerro. Scenic pleasure flights at neaby aerodrome (2km). New Formula 1 autodrome 10kms. Aqualand and Zoomarine 15 mins by car. Great road access to Lisbon and Seville, each 2.5 hours by car.
