There is a tropical garden, grassed lawns and a large heated swimming pool, together with dining terraces and a dedicated barbecue patio. The villa has automatic security gates and shutters and has a burglar alarm. The property is air conditioned through-out as well as having underfloor central heating.

Directions to the office of Minshall & Minsall (management agent):
From Faro airport take the road out towards Faro, passing the roundabout on the left with large white statues looking skywards.
Continue along this dual carriageway, passing car hire depots on both sides of the road and a restaurant called Frangaria on the left.
Go under the bridge and take the 2nd exit on the right (after the Faro exit) signposted IP1/A22/Lisboa/Portimao.
Filter onto the EN125 and keep in the right hand lane. At the traffic lights, follow the signs for Santa Barbara de Nexe (you will have the petrol station on your left once you are on the country lane to Santa Barbara de Nexe).
Continue along this road for 6kms +/-, passing a BP/Visco petrol station on the right and going through a crossroads (signposted Esteval to the left and Estoi to the right), continue along this road until you come
to a T junction - Santa Barbara de Nexe church is facing you.
Turn right and go through the village. You will soon arrive at the Minshall & Minshall office on your left.
