This luxury 3 bedroom apartment overlooks Los Arqueros Golf Course and the Mediterranean sea.

The Master Bedroom is en suite and boasts a double bed with golf and sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both furnished with twin single beds and share a second bathroom. The apartment, therefore, sleeps 6.

The living room is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. It has a large L shape leather sofa, glass coffee table and matching glass dining suite for 6 people. There is a large flatscreen TV, Sky system & DVD player.

The American style kitchen is adjacent to the main living area and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. All glasses, cups, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. There is a utility room off the kitchen that houses a washing machine.

Bedroom 2 has a small balcony. There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture off the living room which overlooks the pool, the golf course and the sea. There is also a sizeable roof terrace which boasts a bbq and further panoramic views which is ideal for relaxing and catching those rays!

The pool area has a main & childrens pool which also has toilets and changing rooms. The area is completely secure and is accessed via a locked gate.

Linen and towels are provided on a per person per week basis. Extra linen can be provided on request. Beach towels are not provided but can be on request.

There is outside parking provided.

The apartment is a short 5 minute drive inland from the sea front but still boasts sea views. All amenities are within a few minutes drive including supermarkets, bars, restaurants and several golf courses.
