Description
This is a luxury townhouse overlooking the 7th fairway at Praia Del Rey golf and beach resort which sleeps up to 8 people. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as 2 further twin bedrooms. Upstairs is a large bright lounge/dining room with 2 balconies; an east facing balcony for breakfast and a large west facing balcony overlooking the 7th fairway which gets afternoon and evening sun. There is TV with basic cable channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVD's for those relaxing nights in. The property is surrounded by attractive gardens and has the use of a large shared swimming pool.

Praia del Rey is an exclusive Golf and beach resort with the Golf Course being voted no 1 in Portugal and no 13th in Europe by Golf World in 2005.There are 2 other top class golf courses nearby at Bom Successo and Golden Eagle.The complex has a number of tennis courts with a tennis coach and the beach is well within walking distance.
Mountain bikes and tennis raquets can be hired in the resort and there is fantastic surfing
and windsurfing a few miles away at Peniche.
The resort is perfect for luxury family holidays and golfing breaks.
